概述
JZWLW無(wu)油立(li)式真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)機(ji)組(zu),是以羅茨真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵(又名羅茨增壓泵)為(wei)主(zhu)泵,以WLW型(xing)無(wu)油立(li)式真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵為(wei)前級(ji)泵,通過電(dian)(dian)(dian)接(jie)點壓力(li)表(biao),電(dian)(dian)(dian)接(jie)點真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)表(biao)來實現(xian)羅茨真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵、無(wu)油真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)泵的(de)自動(dong)啟閉,自動(dong)保護及整套機(ji)組(zu)的(de)安全保護的(de)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)獲得設備。廣(guang)泛應用于電(dian)(dian)(dian)子、真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)鍍膜、化纖、冶金、熱處理(li)、焊接(jie)、化工等(deng)行業(ye)的(de)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)蒸餾、結晶、干燥、聚(ju)脂切(qie)片蒸粘等(deng)過程。
它除了具有一般(ban)羅茨(ci)真(zhen)空泵(beng)機組的某些特點外(wai),由于采用(yong)無油(you)真(zhen)空泵(beng)(本產品過(guo)流(liu)部(bu)分采用(yong)無油(you)潤滑和無油(you)密封技術作(zuo)為前級泵(beng),能提髙(gao)真(zhen)空清潔度,可獲潔凈真(zhen)空,特別(bie)適應抽除遇油(you)反(fan)應的氣(qi)體(ti)及無可冷凝、無壓縮凝固(gu)性氣(qi)體(ti)(如(ru)CO2/環戊二(er)烯、苯(ben)、甲苯(ben)、醇(chun)類等)的工業的工業流(liu)程(cheng)中(zhong)。
工作原理及結構特點
JZJW型(xing)羅(luo)(luo)茨(ci)(ci)往復泵(beng)(beng)無(wu)油真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)是由兩(liang)大(da)部分(fen)組(zu)(zu)成(cheng),即泵(beng)(beng)部分(fen)(抽氣(qi)部分(fen))和電(dian)源控制部分(fen)。JZJW型(xing)的(de)四級(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)泵(beng)(beng)部分(fen)是由三(san)臺羅(luo)(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)和一臺WLW型(xing)往復式無(wu)油真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)四級(ji)串聯(lian)而成(cheng),其中無(wu)油真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)叫(jiao)做前級(ji)泵(beng)(beng),與(yu)被抽容器(qi)相聯(lian)的(de)羅(luo)(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)叫(jiao)做主泵(beng)(beng)級(ji),與(yu)前級(ji)泵(beng)(beng)和主泵(beng)(beng)級(ji)相聯(lian)的(de)羅(luo)(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)叫(jiao)做中間級(ji)。如果去掉中間級(ji)一臺羅(luo)(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng),就構成(cheng)JZJW型(xing)三(san)級(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu);如果去掉中間級(ji)二(er)臺羅(luo)(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng),就構成(cheng)JZJW型(xing)二(er)級(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu),本(ben)型(xing)號二(er)級(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)極限(xian)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)為(wei)(wei)133Pa,三(san)級(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)極限(xian)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)為(wei)(wei)15Pa,四級(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)的(de)極限(xian)真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)為(wei)(wei)1Pa。
由于普通(tong)型羅(luo)(luo)茨真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)不(bu)能在(zai)大氣(qi)下起(qi)動,故須在(zai)排氣(qi)端預(yu)先抽成真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong),然后再起(qi)動,所以在(zai)羅(luo)(luo)茨真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)出口(kou)須配(pei)備前(qian)(qian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)(簡稱前(qian)(qian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng))作為預(yu)抽泵(beng)(beng)(beng)。對于JZJW四(si)節機(ji)組(zu)(zu)而(er)言(yan),主泵(beng)(beng)(beng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)前(qian)(qian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)為2號羅(luo)(luo)茨真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng),2號羅(luo)(luo)茨泵(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)前(qian)(qian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)為1號羅(luo)(luo)茨真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng),1號羅(luo)(luo)茨真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)前(qian)(qian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)為無油真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng);對于JZJW型三級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)而(er)言(yan)(去(qu)掉(diao)2號羅(luo)(luo)茨真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)),主泵(beng)(beng)(beng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)前(qian)(qian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)為1號羅(luo)(luo)茨真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng),1號羅(luo)(luo)茨真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)的(de)前(qian)(qian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)為無油真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng);對于丿ZW型二級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)機(ji)組(zu)(zu)而(er)言(yan)(去(qu)掉(diao)二臺中間泵(beng)(beng)(beng)),主泵(beng)(beng)(beng)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)前(qian)(qian)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)為無油真(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)。
各(ge)級真空泵之間的(de)(de)抽(chou)速比(bi)(bi)(后級泵抽(chou)速與(yu)前(qian)(qian)級泵抽(chou)速相(xiang)比(bi)(bi))要符(fu)合一定的(de)(de)比(bi)(bi)例。考慮到(dao)在高抽(chou)速比(bi)(bi)下前(qian)(qian)級泵配用功率和(he)抽(chou)排氣能力的(de)(de)不足對后級真空泵的(de)(de)不利影響,一般(ban)抽(chou)速比(bi)(bi)不宜大于(yu)3,而以(yi)取抽(chou)速比(bi)(bi)為2左右為佳。
由于(yu)羅(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)具(ju)(ju)有(you)(you)優良的(de)抽氣特(te)性(在低壓下具(ju)(ju)有(you)(you)大的(de)抽速(su)),且在羅(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)的(de)極限真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)范圍(wei)內使用羅(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)作(zuo)為后(hou)級(ji)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng),總能比前(qian)級(ji)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)提高(gao)一個數量(liang)極的(de)高(gao)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(如前(qian)級(ji)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)度(du)100Pa,那未(wei)使用羅(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)作(zuo)后(hou)級(ji)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng),就可提高(gao)到(dao)10Pa,余類(lei)(lei)推)。由于(yu)羅(luo)茨(ci)(ci)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子與轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子,轉(zhuan)(zhuan)子與泵(beng)腔均(jun)無(wu)機(ji)(ji)械接觸,無(wu)須潤滑,故(gu)其功率損耗就明顯(xian)小(xiao)于(yu)具(ju)(ju)有(you)(you)相同抽速(su)的(de)其它類(lei)(lei)型機(ji)(ji)械真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)。又(you)由于(yu)前(qian)級(ji)真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng)采用無(wu)油潤滑的(de)無(wu)油真(zhen)(zhen)空(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)泵(beng),對抽除(chu)遇(yu)油反(fan)應的(de)氣體和尾(wei)氣需回收的(de)工(gong)業過程(cheng),特(te)別適宜。
